If for some reason, your are not fully satisfied and happy with your purchase, you may return
the unused products or merchandise for a refund with a return autorization.
The product or merchandise has to be returned within ten working days after you received
them and in the same condition as received. Please include original packaging.
Replacement, exchanges and refunds will be prompt.
Returned merchandise or products will be credited to the same credit card used for the
purchase amount, less 4% Credit Card Transaction Fee. Shipping and Handling is not
refundable. Also, please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling and
insurance cost for returns.
Products or merchandise that are purchased with a "Free Shipping" Promotion are subject to
10% re-stocking fee.
